Church Stage Backdrops | Coming Up With Ideas

Welcome back to the most money, stephen I’m, the owner and primary designer at mod, see you about how are stage backdrop products to serve you about how we, as a team, can serve you well. Our goal is really to serve our client incredibly well over deliver in everything we do and to show love through what we do know it’s kind of weird here from a business but christ christ called us to show love and the people that I know that I work with that I influence, Church Stage Backdrops and hopefully you see that through the way that we serve you. And if you don’t please, let me know because I need to make some changesnot today want to talk about something I’m really passionate about which is obviously stage. Backdrops I want to talk about a little bit different from a little bit. Different I want to talk about how I come up with all my ideas for our backdrop and backdrop designs. So, as you know, making a stage backdrop is sometimes there are a lot of a lot of things to think about from the from the old metal structure.

Obviously, there has to be enough structure to support itself when being hung or being built. In addition to that, it’s got to be visually. Pleasing and one thing I try to hold myself to you is not only does that be visually. Pleasing needs to be able to be used in multiple ways:cuz if it’s not good stewardship of their finances, I want the churches and if we serve to be able to be good, stewards of their finances and I want us to do great things to serve the church. Well, more than I make money. Church Stage Backdrops My goal is to serve you. So, let’s get into the design aspect of how how we come up with a stage backdrop. Most backdrop, designs are: are conceptualising designed by myself excited to see you later today. So that’s a really exciting thing. That’s a pretty awesome ideas, but I always end up taking it to my mind, throwing it out like 3 months later, and we have a good laugh about it, starting with design design through simple, simple. So a lot of my parents are a lot of our pattern, start with a simple concept to a simple pattern or a simple, simple design. So forgive the crescent moon. We started with circle k. Let’s make a great, so we draw out a big so just by shifting, the funeral or the outside.

Church Stage Backdrops So it’s two half circle in with that, you can rotate it and create multiple different patterns right information. Most of my designs start with a start with a core concept. So you like a geometric pattern or maybe something you see in nature, like bamboo, I’ll start with that corp or pattern multiply multiple times across the stage backdrop with a program called back to work, I’ll lay that out I’ll almost applied across the space to see how it looks in the scale and see if it works very well. We will go through and figure out what things we can do to that panel to make it more amor repeatable, so so that it repeats over multiple panels. So, for example, making sure edges line up depending on how they’re rotated or panel is and then once we once it got to a point. What do that process by three or four times really like the design? Church Stage Backdrops Take that back and we’ll put it will put this at this point. We don’t have any more holes or anything it’s literally just as I will take the wheel taking over. So it shows it shows where I go, and then we make sure that we have a good solid, like 1 inch square plastic around that will hold and give it a bunch of rigidity.

Make sure that we make sure that we can channel there without any without any problems. Make sure it’s. Obviously we don’t we would want. You know if you’re building a call back rob the plastic fuel pull through, obviously not a worry, but it’s always a good way through to look at the percentage of cut waste. So obviously was going to waste as we cut the plastic, the stuff we try to take the credit, make sure to maximize those cuts for speed for when we’re cutting the product, but also so that. So, if we can, we reuse a plastic weatherby for connectors or work. We just recycled material, we make sure rob is we make sure we have a certain percentage of plastic to be able to adequately adequately these four. Music hours call backdrop like a 30 foot background. For example, Church Stage Backdrops they only have about 22% of their material left after cutting, so that you know that makes it structurally not is not. A sound is like a samurai which has closer to like 55% of its material left.

Church Stage Backdrops So we try to keep it to keep in the 40 to 50 range on how much materials left a good, a good balance of beautiful design, beautiful design and structural integrity whenever we’re building towers are building a color backdrops and backdrop city going to be covering a wide space. So I hope that’s a helpful, helpful little tidbit about how we come up with our design questions as always feel free to email. Steven at monty’s. Com show you all the different, pretty awesome.
