Shortly after confirmation of your event, we schedule the details and deliverables of your project. After this point if there are changes to the labor needed, shipping dates, travel dates, scope of work, or similar there will be additional charges. We do our best to minimize these costs, however last minute changes to travel, accommodations, and shipping can cause significant increase in these costs. Labor rates will be charged in line with the day rates shown in this estimate.
We always want to honor you and work to make your event successful and on budget. The best way to ensure this, is accurate information early in the process to ensure no unforeseen costs. We know things change and if they do, have no worries. We will be there to help make it easy.
